1 onion 20p
1 tin chopped tomatoes 34p
2 beef oxos 20p
Squeeze of garlic
Majoram/oregano
1 pack of mixed broccoli, sweetcorn and carrot reduced to 30p in Asda
1 tin of Mixed Bean salad 70p
1 bag of Sweet potato and Butternut Squash pieces reduced to 50p in Asda
1 large potato  10p
Mixed herbs/garlic and chilli 10p
This made 4 Shepherds pie (2 portions in each)
3 boxes of Bolognaise sauce (2 portions in each)
6 portions of Sweet Potato and Butternut Squash soup

Total = £3.44

My February Foodie Penpal parcel

I received this today, many thanks Rachel Scott :) I am looking forward to getting stuck into the many different things,  the Dosa pancake mix, Falafel spice mix, Baci Italian chocolate, the Peperoncino Macinato - a pepper spice mix, Bertolini Lievito Vaniglinato - a vanilla raising agent and the dried Hisbiscus flowers.  As you can see the liqueur chocolates have partly gone :)
